I'm an experienced Account & Project Manager servicing international - mainly Asian - companies in the bicycle industry and construction equipment industry selling and coordinating multilingual marketing and tecnnical communication projects. I speak fluently English, Dutch, French and Spanish. Listening in a sensitive way to customers, whilst thinking of solutions and getting the job done is in my DNA.
Together with the COO, I was responsible for the project management teams. My focus was to help everyone to enhance the quality of our communications, project management, services and the final deliverables. I was also in charge of the ERP system and training all employees to use it to its full potential.
As Account Manager, I was in charge of selling multilingual translation, DTP and print projects for customers in the bicycle and leisure industry. I gained new customers through intensive networking, visiting international trade shows and prospects in Asia, the US and Europe. Thanks to this position, I have gained a vast experience in working with Japanese, American and European companies and their European headquarters.
