Responsibilities include advising about our screening products, project management of digitalization processes in particular, being a member of the CIO-office, engaging in political and policy processes in the field of screening and to monitor and implement legislation.
Responsible for conducting a wide variety of data analyses concerning industrial emissions and environmental affairs in the Amsterdam metropolitan area. The goal is to provide overview, detect trends and increase the efficiency of environmental licensing, surveillance and enforcement by stimulating a data-driven workflow.
Application of GIS and remote sensing techniques for disaster management and emergency response. Activities include data collection, data analysis, developing recommended practices and organizing the UN-SPIDER Bonn international conference "Space-based Solutions for Disaster Management in Africa: Challenges, Applications, Partnerships".
