I was hired pre-launch to be TradeWinds' designated offshore oil & gas reporter, covering primarily the rig and offshore vessels markets worldwide. I also gradually assumed responsibility for covering shipping and shipbuilding in Denmark, Poland and the Baltic states.
Noroil was a monthly B2B magazine covering the oil and gas industry, primarily in the North Sea. The group also published numerous newsletters, the most accomplished of which was the weekly European Offshore Petroleum Newsletter, of which I was Editor from 1988 until 1990.
