Duties include: maintaining a positive workplace environment while leading the budtending team and acting as manager-on-duty when the General Manager and Assistant Manager were absent, training new hires, taking inventory counts and organizing products by SKU, running cash drops throughout the day on budtender registers, processing discounts for budtenders during sales, regularly updating the menu displayed in the store as well as the Dutchie menu for online orders, taking product photos as new products are entered into the system for the online menu, printing METRC labels for products, accepting new deliveries and processing them via METRC, closing registers at the end of the day and counting tills, inputting daily sales totals into the system and placing all cash in the safe, arming and disarming the building when acting as opening or closing manager.
