Hi there! I am passionate about people, digital, innovation, art… and music! I joined Firmenich in 1992 as a trainee within the Manufacturing and Logistics division. From 2008 to 2011, I led the most important business and organization transformation program ever undertaken by the company. This project was for me a true revelation : I quickly became obsessed with innovation and digital transformation. I was very grateful to be the CDIO of the same company, and to lead every day my team to achieve our goals and accomplish our vision. In 2018, I was honored to receive the « Best CIO in Switzerland » award, in 2020 to be nominated Digital Shaper in Switzerland and, in 2021, we received the Digital Innovation of the Year (Swiss Digital Economy Awards) for the first ever AI generated flavor. In June 2023, my wish to join Audemars Piguet has been granted. I always had the passion for watches. What is best than being hired to accelerate the digital transformation of an iconic brand and make it future-proof? What motivates me the most? The people. Even if technology is today a very important topic, I am convinced that the key to success for every digital project and innovation is its team.
