About

On the political side: I've managed citywide campaigns, conceived and led the New Pragmatism initiative - a coordinated policy campaign adopted by the California Democratic Party - and wrote the first AI policy language ever included in the CDP platform. My mandatory retirement age resolution generated national coverage in the New York Times, Politico, Roll Call, KQED, and the SF Chronicle. On the operations side: I build programs and systems that make teams perform better. At Rippling, I own 30+ onboarding segments and rebuilt the IM onboarding program. Before that I built enablement infrastructure at Heap and Moveworks that supported 3x team growth while cutting onboarding time in half. I've been published in The Atlantic, the San Francisco Chronicle, and the SF Standard. I'm a member of the SF Democratic County Central Committee, an Assembly District Delegate to the California Democratic Party, and serve on the CADEM Platform Committee.
