Duties and Responsibilities • Daily preparation of Delivery Receipt • Preparation and printing of Processing of Application for Farm-Out (Form 8106) • Preparation and printing of Processing of Application for Farm-In (Form 8105) • Checking of products to be farm-out by SUBCONTRACTORS. • Filling of data, documents, and forms. • Daily checking of stocks monitoring and coordinate with the superiors. • Issuing consumable materials for Subcontractor use. • Preparation of rejects daily and monthly reports. • Daily encoding of production produce and finished product by subcontractors. • Assisting the document controller in making, revising, and filling Production, Finishing, Inspection, Packing and Receiving Standards. • Making Of Monthly Reject Monitoring ( Worst 20 Generation ). • Produce reject data if needed by the superiors or customers.
Duties and Responsibilities • Stocking in the finish product of production. • Put the finish goods in their designated areas. • Checking and Recording the MDR. • Issuing the requested materials of production. • Preparing the products for export. • Locating missing products on product area.
Duties and Responsibilities • Roving inspector in production to check quality per piece produced by the machines per lot. • Gather and Log every data produced by production. • Visual Inspection of parts using microscope to detect defects. • Monitored production operations for compliance with specifications and promptly reported defects. • Inspected and packaged products meticulously according to manufacturing specifications. • Performed preliminary, in progress, hidden damage and final product inspections. • Recorded defects and coordinated issue resolution with development team and functional leads. • Maintained high standard of workmanship by using only approved data, materials, tools and test equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities • Making of Production Daily Report and Labels to be used. • Checking of tools to be used in the work area. • Cutting and Reworking excess part of parts. • Quality checking of parts thru inspection process. • Implementing 5’S in the work area.
