Erick is an executive-in-residence at IMD in Lausanne, teaching mind training techniques for leaders and executives. Erick is also an executive coach with a particular focus on mindfulness coaching and is a trained mindfulness teacher in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
Impact Expansion is an impact investing fund manager targeting fast growing companies with high impact at the core of their business model, and helping those companies achieve the next phase of their potential. We're currently investing a €150m fund in projects with high direct societal and environmental impacts with the ability to lead to systemic change: ● Education/Employment: improve access to and quality of education, and improve employability and access to jobs for vulnerable and disadvantaged groups, by investing in themes such as financing access, IT training, human capital, job integration, EdTech, lifelong opportunities, vocational training, etc. ● Health: improve access, quality and affordability of healthcare in Europe thanks to new business models or technology.
