Westwing is Europe’s leading design-led Home & Living platform, operating across 22 European countries and the United Kingdom through a scaled DTC model complemented by a growing retail footprint. In 2025, the business accelerated growth by entering 10 additional markets, scaling physical retail, and strengthening its B2B and partner channels. My remit extends beyond operational execution into enterprise value creation. I am a leader with a strong commercial and financial mindset who uses operations as a strategic lever to drive sustainable margin expansion, cash discipline, and long-term value creation across complex, multi-market and multi-origin supply chains.
Leading pan-European Operations and Commercial B2B across digital and physical retail, with E2E responsibility for global supply chains from Asia delivering customer experience across 23 European markets. Led the centralisation of six European warehouses into two regional fulfilment hubs, servicing all European markets and delivering significant network efficiency gains and structural cost savings. Drove warehouse productivity through layout redesigns and the implementation of automated parcel sorter systems, materially improving throughput and unit costs. Strengthened warehouse governance and regulatory compliance, addressing structural inefficiencies and improving operational control. Launched logistics initiatives including PUDO, expanding delivery options and last-mile flexibility. Took full operational responsibility for 400+ warehouse employees in Poland, and established supplier performance tracking and continuous improvement programs to improve reliability, quality, and execution across inbound and fulfilment operations.
Led post-COVID inventory and net working capital clean-up across multi-country operations, stabilising availability while structurally reducing excess stock and risk. Launched and embedded Integrated Business Planning (IBP) as the end-to-end planning framework, improving forecast accuracy and inventory outcomes. Deployed advanced demand planning and AI/ML-driven forecasting through the implementation of a new demand planning system. Restructured fragmented, country-based supply chains into a single, centralised European model, improving transparency, control, and cost-to-serve while enabling scalable growth.

Built the German supply chain organization from the ground up for rapid-growth quick commerce operations. Designed and implemented planning, inventory, and replenishment models to support aggressive expansion timelines while maintaining service levels and cost discipline. Established supplier, warehousing, and last-mile interfaces to enable scalable operations in a high-velocity environment. Partnered closely with European leadership to balance growth, availability, and unit economics during rapid market entry.
Managed external fulfillment and multiple Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners across large-scale European logistics operations. Led the rapid ramp-up of a brand-new 45,000 sqm non-sort parcel fulfillment center in Germany during COVID, enabling fast capacity extension and network resilience under extreme demand volatility. Acted as the primary interface between Amazon operations, external providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and scalable execution at pace.
Owned end-to-end supply chain strategy across Sub-Saharan Africa, covering planning, contract manufacturing interfaces, logistics, and market distribution. Implemented Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) across multiple markets to improve demand visibility, supply stability, and service levels.
