I (co-) founded multiple companies in the AEC field from scratch: * www.SIDE.gmbh became a bootstrapped, 7 figure (€) consulting and R&D business that got acquired by www.artaker.com * www.BIMspot.io became an award-winning SaaS BIM platform that got acquired by www.smino.com * www.nyne.cloud is a stunning AI tool for converting point-clouds seamlessly into building information models (BIM) First and foremost, I love technology. My obsession with the concept of creating a more livable and sustainable surrounding through the creative use of technology in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction keeps me going. I love to dig into problems and solve them with up-to-date technology. In my day-to-day work, I create, scale, and optimize service and product portfolios that matter. To accomplish this, I focus on key results, build outstanding teams and quickly adapt to new insights. Managing ~20 R&D projects, 3 of them funded by various national funding agencies, I understand the innovator’s dilemma and have proven tools to conquer them.
