Ikigai (ee-key-guy) is a Japanese concept meaning "a reason for being" or your purpose, worth. The concept states that your purpose lies at the intersection of four circles: what you love doing, what your talents are, what the world needs, and what you are paid for. My Ikigai or where I find the most joy is in connecting and helping people both professionally and personally. I do this through Recruitment, Real Estate and Music. Recruitment allows me to connect talented individuals with their dreams jobs and managers, coach and guide them through the interview process, and be a resource for them when they need career advice. In 6 years I have become a recruiting expert focused on hyper growth, global hiring, diverse hiring and scaling and building out processes for Talent Acquisition (TA) and Human Resources (HR) departments.
