With a career built on relationships, leadership, and service, I am passionate about bringing people together around a common mission and creating meaningful impact in the communities we serve. Throughout my professional journey, I have built partnerships, mobilized stakeholders, and navigated complex environments to drive results and strengthen organizations. Today, my focus is on serving those who have served — supporting veterans, military families, and mission-driven initiatives that strengthen communities and honor service. I am deeply committed to empowering others, building lasting connections, and finding new ways to give back to my fellow veterans and those who stand beside them.
As a Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager for the Travis Manion Foundation, I have the honor of working alongside veterans, families of the fallen, and inspired civilians to strengthen communities and build character-driven leaders. I’m passionate about creating meaningful connections, amplifying voices, and ensuring those who’ve served along with their families continue to lead with purpose. With a background in military service, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement, I bring compassion, strategy, and dedication to every initiative. My work is rooted in the values I live by: Spirituality, Love of Learning, Judgement, Kindness, and Humor. Whether I’m managing programs, mentoring volunteers, or partnering with local organizations, I aim to serve with authenticity and heart. I believe that leadership is about action. And every day, I strive to embody TMF’s mission to honor the fallen by challenging the living. Let’s connect and collaborate to create impact that lasts.
I joined the International Franchise Association Foundation as the Manager of Veterans Programs. I was tasked with managing and growing the VetFran program as it entered its 30th year. By improving our website and increasing our presence at in-person events around the country, I sought to drive up both our corporate members as well as the number of Veterans we served. This involved fundraising and finding new ways to add value to our corporate members and sponsors, as well as better communication such as through new email plans and frequent blog posts. Since I was new to franchising when hired, I pursued the Certified Franchise Executive (#CFE) training on my own time and finished it within a year. This education greatly broadened my understanding of how franchise companies operate and thrive.
