• Developed and finalised a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Automated Can Seam Stripper, a critical tool for seam quality inspection at the R&D scale; SOP approved by Team Leader. • Led a comprehensive Risk Assessment (RA) for the new equipment, ensuring operational safety and compliance; RA approved by both the Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) department and Team Leader. • Facilitated multiple training sessions for Product Developers and Quality Assurance (QA) Specialists on the proper use of the Automated Can Seam Stripper. • Performed can seam quality inspections, including internal and external seam dimension measurements, across multiple production batches prior to retort sterilisation. • Collaborated with Product Developers in preparing and executing various malt beverage formulation trials. • Assisted a Quality Specialist in the microscopic analysis of product samples to assess quality parameters.
