Recruiting Automation & Job Architecture Integration (Velocity Global) Led the development of a Google Apps Script-based automation framework to streamline position creation within Greenhouse ATS, leveraging structured job architecture data. Designed and implemented custom scripts that utilized Google Sheets as the backend for job metadata (e.g., Job Groupings, Job Families, Job Codes) to dynamically populate required fields in Greenhouse via API. Built scalable templates for recurring job types and automated the selection and insertion of standardized job descriptions stored in a centralized Job Description Repository. Key contributions included: Automated end-to-end job requisition creation using Greenhouse API, minimizing manual recruiter input. Integrated Datapeople job description templates into the workflow to ensure consistency and compliance with internal and external standards. Created a dynamic UI layer in Google Sheets for easy recruiter interaction, including validation checks and status tracking. Implemented version control logic and standardized tagging to facilitate updates and audit trails. Supported downstream integrations and stakeholder visibility with reporting and update logs. This work enabled faster requisition approvals, ensured alignment with career architecture, and improved data quality across HR systems
- Successfully led the creation of the Open Headcount Management (OHM) integration between Finance, HR and Recruiting systems OHM, ensuring comprehensive testing and stakeholder buy-in, which culminated in its on-time deployment. This initiative automated the creation and maintenance of the headcount associated with the Annual Operating Plan keeping all three systems in sync. - Orchestrated the People Ops & Tech Offsite, incorporating a hackathon that fostered unprecedented collaboration and innovation among the teams. This led to the successful launch of: - High volume position creation in Workday for DashMarts - Workday to Slack integration for requesting time off - Improved reporting for WeDash completion. - Spearheaded multiple initiatives to drive efficiency and cost savings, notably in renegotiating the LinkedIn Recruiter contract to secure a favorable enterprise package. - Scaled Recruiting Technology Workflows to manage DoorDash’s 10X growth in 2021 by focusing on process improvement, data fidelity, automation and connecting disparate systems via integrations. - Established a Recruiting Service Desk that freed up recruiters to recruit by taking over 31k+ administrative tasks.
