I lead FutureCount Holdings LLC, the operating company behind Rising Senior and selected FutureCount advisory work. My current focus is Rising Senior, a family-centric SaaS and coaching platform for families, students, and coaches navigating the transition from college into employability, independence, and adult life. Families are investing heavily in college while increasingly unsure whether students are building real momentum toward launch after graduation. Rising Senior is designed to give that conversation more structure: goals, evidence, risks, coach guidance, and next steps that can be seen and acted on before senior year becomes a crisis. Before FutureCount, I spent many years as a partner and managing director in accounting, advisory, consulting, and technology services firms, building advisory practices and working with leadership teams on strategy, transformation, and growth. I am interested in product-led services, practical AI, coach-in-the-loop systems, and businesses that turn fragmented expertise into value-generating businesses. I lead eDelta's US-based next generation ERP financial accounting system consulting and implementation practice.
+ Founded an IRS accredited 501c(3) nonprofit focused on leveraging emerging technologies to support individuals with ADHD through digital enablement and intelligent assistance. + Designed the strategic vision and product roadmap for NeuraNudge, an AI-powered platform under development to deliver real-time ADHD behavioral support and executive function tools. + Recruited and led a cross-functional volunteer team spanning product, engineering, UX, and data science to advance prototype development and infrastructure buildout. + Established foundational architecture on GCP and built using Python, JavaScript, JSON, Rest API, integrated open-source and generative AI tools, including Chroma and leading Frontier LLM API's.
Bootstrapped the Financial Services Advisory practice for this newly established FinTech VC firm with portfolio companies located in major financial centers around the world. Build C-Level relationships to uncover value generation opportunities and guidance to executives.
Worked with the CEO to lead go-to-market and client services in the Americas. All solutions were dedicated to sales/trading, treasury and FX. Clients were Top-20 global banks in the world. Lab49 was acquired by ION Investments.
