In this role, Clark is responsible for developing and executing the strategy and operations for applications transformation, cloud and mobility. Additionally, he is responsible for enterprise applications services including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce and Workday. Additionally, Clark leads the Applications and Business Services Global Delivery team. • P&L responsibility for a US$1B business in Asia Pacific & Japan. Responsible for over 4,000 employees serving the APJ Applications business, plus more than 10,000 off-shore resources within APJ that provide services to customers around the globe. • Responsible for architecting and delivering end-to-end IT solutions that include custom applications, Enterprise Applications and HP Software across all industry verticals to regional and global customers. • Streamlined the use of off-shore delivery centers, leading to a 25% improvement in profit margin while exceeding revenue targets throughout FY10. • During this time, I also Served as the COO for our Japan Enterprise Services Business (May 2009 – Oct 2010). This included the entire Japan P&L; IT Outsourcing, BPO, as well as Applications Services. • Developed and executed the strategy to revive a business that had been declining for six quarters. • After leading significant restructuring, and changing our Go-To-Market strategy, I achieved six consecutive quarters of revenue, profit and sales growth.
