Meta (formerly Facebook) builds technologies that help people connect, find communities and grow businesses. •Led candidate sourcing and recruiting by outreaching and engaging 100+ candidates weekly using social platforms, CRM databases, referrals, university events and fairs, and strategic search strings to build diverse talent pipelines in software engineering, product, infrastructure, machine learning, artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and data sciences. •Prescreened and interviewed 10-15 candidates weekly, qualify them for senior and staff roles across all of Meta’s products (Facebook, Instagram, Oculus, and WhatsApp), and support each candidate throughout the entire interview process while providing an exceptional candidate experience from end to end. •Drove diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) sourcing and recruiting efforts by strategically sourcing and engaging with URP talent through social platforms, events, and targeted Boolean strings to drive our DEI hiring goals for 2022. •Partnered closely with senior engineers to work on recruiting projects to drive candidate engagement and employee outreach to increase candidate response rates.
