That perception is far from the truth. I've worked in both Venture backed and Publicly Traded companies in Media, Infrastructure, Healthcare, and Technology in both B2B, B2C, and B2B2C. Experienced in formulating strategies for growth including business/market development, team development, partnerships/acquisitions. High level of Financial acumen, managing complex budgets, sales teams (direct and channel), customer relationships, and tracking/predictive processes - domestically and internationally.

Developing growth strategies for the Fision Works (Business), Fision Stay (Hospitality), and the GEMS organizations. This includes financial and operational review and adjusting; building targeting strategies, sales, proposal, and bid-win strategies; as well as developing the appropriate sales incentives, commission, and executive bonus/compensation strategies. Also includes helping strengthen the P&L, reporting and financial investment strategies, return on capital, etc.
As an independent consultant - working with Predictive Growth Institute and their member/clients to develop Sales, Marketing, and Business Growth strategies and models. This includes running the Predictive Growth/Performance Predictability Models and developing lower cost implementation of the model for small businesses and divisions. Also includes the development of an Asset Management component which will identify inefficiencies within specific human assets and create process paths to reduce human capital ineffectiveness. Currently also developing a partner/channel predictive model that will identify key strengths and weaknesses of potential channel partners as well as identify the financial and support requirements of each partner.
The Predictive Growth Institute is a passion project for me that allows me to continue developing affordable, non-financial models used to predict growth, identify strengths and weaknesses, and reverse negative sales and marketing trends in small and mid-market companies throughout the US and Canada. PGI also develops, designs, manages, and implements channel sales and marketing strategies within the high tech, software (SAAS), financial, manufacturing, media, and cosmetics industries. The goal of PGI is to someday be able to supply information and self-assessment platforms that will help companies that can't afford expensive consulting to see and adjust to weaknesses that may be slowing growth.
Develop and manage growth activities for the Florida Region Comcast Business organization. This includes targeting, developing, and implementing growth and projection models for un, and under-served markets throughout Florida and Southern Georgia. These models include sell-in/adoption rates, construction/payback models, and Marketing/Sales implementation strategies.
