Acquired & managed all the US real estate for Heron International's US organization including Pima Savings & Loan, Western American Mortgage Co and Heron Properties. Negotiated and acquired wholly owned and JV development projects throughout the USA. Carried out all the project management and supervised the asset management by outside agencies.
Directed the team which provided professional real estate services in appraisals, asset and project management for the Heron International group in the USA including for wholly owned Pima Savings and Loan group, Western American Financial and Heron Properties and generated loan production for commercial and residential RE projects throughout the USA in the order of $300 million per year including through direct investment and joint ventures.
Responsible for a development program of residential projects ranging from tract residential units to large scale hi-rise condominiums ( including Chi Fu Fa Yuen- 4,500 condos, 3 schools,100,000 SF retail center,etc) and city center hi-rise office buildings, major mixed use projects and urban re-development and industrial buildings throughout Hong Kong, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hawaii, Guam,etc both wholly owned and JV projects with private and national organizations.
