Managed the terminal of Marseille : 98 tanks and 127 kcbm of capacity used to store chemical products (Methanol, Ethanol, Soda, Acids, ...) and bitumen. Logistical means: ships,barges, trains, trucks and pipelines.
Managed a team of 45 to oversee the operations for France's largest oil depot: 40 tanks and 830 km3 of storage capacity used to receive, store, transform and distribute 8 million m3 of refined products on a yearly basis through several logistical means: ships,barges, trains (70 cars/day), trucks (500/day) and pipelines.
Managed the operational base of Luanda to cover the Southern Africa Region (Angola, Mozambique, South Africa & Namibia) – 200 employees and a yearly turnover of $30m. Objectives: Restructure the location and its organization to face the sudden increase of activity after a four-year downturn period while improving the workforce and assets utilization rates and maintaining the highest level of service quality to exceed the expectations of our customers. Results: Zero HSE incident – Drastically turned around the profitability of the location
