I worked for several years in Automotive Manufacturing. I began my career as a Miscellaneous Machine Operator and I was promoted to Shift Supervisor. My family and I moved to Florida recently and I am currently seeking a position in Machine Operation. My goal is to be in a Management position where I am able to utilize the skills I acquired throughout my career at Mahle.
Responsible for selling the maximum number of vehicles possible at optimum profit; building relationships with customers; demonstrating vehicles and accompanying customers on test drives; writing sales contracts and negotiating the terms of the sales agreement; delivering vehicles to customers; arranging appointments via Internet Leads; following up on telephone inquiries and walk in prospects
Plan operations and utilize resources to assure production and quality standards are met; implement activities to compensate for production interruptions; maintain safe working conditions and properly report injuries and incidents; maintain and administer company guidelines and rules through awareness, counseling and discipline; perform employee evaluations and performance reviews; assure that product costs are well managed through accurate accounting and data collection; maintain overtime, attendance and other related data; actively lead and support Lean initiatives including lead training; conduct layered process audits
