I held 3 executive positions over the 3 years there. • For all three years, my Division IT Exec responsibilities included: all aspects of the highly integrated site IT operation: from the network to the manufacturing tools, all hardware investment decisions, desktop and enterprise software applications, IT security, data center, help desk, all computer related hardware, PBX, phone and paging systems. Operating systems supported included: UNIX, NT, Windows, OS/2, and DOS. Supported a $100M printed circuit board business, in 700K square foot, 1,200 person site. • For 1 year, I managed the finance team responsible for full P&L and key balance sheet financials to include pricing, planning, forecasting and accounting. Managed the investment analysis process and oversaw accounts receivables with focus on cash flow. • For 2 years, I was Director of Prototype Operations: Built full operational and financial prototype operation within the facility, acting as feeder for volume production. Managed three-shift, 50-person operation, including production, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and shipping/delivery.
