DCSC is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit organization committed to providing space and opportunities to youth and adult athletes in the Dodge County area. The indoor sports facility will provide our communities with local opportunities to compete and learn. DCSC will also provide operational support in order for the facility to achieve long term sustainability.
Working across the organization and with clients to develop new products and services while also enhancing and re-vitalizing existing products. Leading initiatives across the organization to improve and streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve efficiency. Working with various departments to ensure changes are effectively integrated and sustained. Help in the development and tracking of departmental KPIs to ensure effective process improvement.
