Prepare quarterly GAAP reporting packages for various deals across five different funds; book adjusting journal entries to accurately reflect fair market value GAAP, including property valuation adjustments, hedging adjustments, and depreciation/amortization adjustments; analyze and review property financials for accuracy, trends, and FMV reporting; prepare and initiate wires for capital calls, property funding, and intercompany funding; create debt summaries, acquisition fee schedules, cash balance reports, and other monthly and quarterly reports for asset and portfolio management; Create tax schedules and questionnaires as well as review tax workpapers and returns for year-end
