Perform data analysis on large asset portfolios including data reconciliation and calculation of portfolio compliance tests Ensure compliance of CDO transactions by accurately comprehending and interpreting legal documents Model portfolio compliance tests and reporting requirements as defined by CDO governing documents onto a variety of in-house systems Compile monthly and quarterly investor reports, analyze hypothetical trade results and work closely with portfolio managers on comparing key portfolio information and statistics Calculate and coordinate payment date auditing process with accountants, prepare priority of payment calculations (waterfalls) and distribution amounts of CDO noteholders Interact with CDO portfolio managers, investors, rating agencies, investment banks, auditors and other industry participants
Provides quality client service and support to internal and external clients on a daily basis, including client reporting, problem resolution and account transaction processing.
Analyze mortgage loans and closing documents and gathered from database and process the loan for recommendation and further review to purchase
The Krause Fund (tippie.uiowa.edu/krause) is a $350K endowed equity portfolio managed by undergraduate finance students at the Tippie College of Business. Responsible for industry and company research in the Energy Sector and for building robust financial models using discounted cash flow (DCF), economic profit, relative valuation, and dividend discount analyses. Present Buy/Sell recommendations to the Fund’s advisory board and work with the Krause Fund research team to determine final selections and portfolio weightings
Conducts presentations to campus organizations to promote Pizza Hut products and organizes marketing events
