Simply put I am the Marketing and Advertising type that cares about great work, meets KPIs and stays on budget. Curious by nature, I am a professional that picked and practices two opposite ends of the professional spectrum: advertising and accounting/finance a combination that has proven very useful in the marketing roles I've held. Convinced that connections open doors but preparation closes deals; firm believer that we are always selling. I believe in learning from the experts but keeping in mind that there is always a better way waiting to be discovered; that what gets measured gets done and that a problem well defined is a problem half solved. I believe that performance and results are the ultimate metrics. Passionate about words, brands and storytelling, illustration hobbyist and gadget aficionado.
If you ask others, my role is to hassle them until things happen, which in not entirely untrue... I like to think that my role is keeping things honest and creative, commit to exceptional work, ensure that the workplace remains fun and productive and deliver great results for our clients.

Hired for a special project, I was in charge of handling AT&T’s SM during a critical time for the Telecom giant, the merger of IUSACELL’s and NEXTEL’s accounts into a consolidated AT&T account, and the official launch of the company in Mexico. I lead a dedicated team of nearly twenty members to community manage all of the company’s accounts, create, program and publish unique digital assets –most of them multimedia- and generate daily, weekly and monthly reports. I also collaborated with the following accounts: Larousse, Sephora, Qualitas, and Attila ( Hublot, Gucci, TW Steel…).
A growing company provides a great environment to thrive, experiment and execute new ways of doing business. My role requires to supervise, coordinate and action every task required to keep the company going and thriving on and off-license. This is largely a marketing role –which we consider the core of our business– that requires management and liaising of/with third party suppliers (branding, ad agencies and events) as much as in-house team members and communications assets locally and globally. It also requires general administration of the back office.
Working in a small yet multinational company, I have been able to collaborate and get involved in several areas of the FMCG business. Just as my job description suggests, on the one hand my role at Tequila Tromba is to manage the four "Ps" (or seven depending on your take on marketing). This includes liaising with creative and branding agencies, assess the discount structure and pricing policy, liaise with wholesalers, sales reps and distributors in general and assist the opening of new markets and business opportunities. On the other hand, I look after the daily operations including (but not limited to): Logistics coordination, cash flow estimation, account management, liaise with the freight and customs agencies, budget management, debtor financing facilities management.
www.seseq.gob.mx The Special Programs Department receives and mages federal funds to implement and operate prevention, promotion and infrastructure development programs. During the period I worked here my main accomplishments were the following: • Managed that the Administration of the Department in the State of Queretaro moved from rank 18/32 to rank 2/32 in the exercise of resources and presentation of accounts to the Federation in health prevention and promotion programs, by coordinating work and improving the work processes of an 8-member team. Likewise, the state of Querétaro was ranked 1/32 regarding the exercise of resources and accountability of health infrastructure. • Successfully requested the Secretary of Health grant complete budgetary control to the department I headed, which allowed the appropriate exercise of all the resources from previous and current periods, thus speeding up expenditure and safeguarding the correct application and exercise of the resource. Given the above, a demonstration in real time to the corresponding entities was achieved within 3 months and 100% of the goals and objectives of the prevention programs were reached.
