At AIM, my responsibilities are the following: • Demonstrate thorough understanding of AIM Consulting methodologies, case studies, and partnerships and present differentiated positioning to all levels of management at prospective or existing clients • Generate revenue and attain quota from new business development and existing clients • Develop and adhere to a sales plan for targeting and penetrating new business • Complete all aspects of the business development cycle including prospecting/cold calls, presentation, proposal creation, contract negotiation and relationship development • Identify and pursue association memberships within the business community in order to promote AIM Consulting and develop business for the company • Work closely with active and new clients in acquiring and prioritizing clients technology requirements. • Provide detailed requirements/information to internal employees • Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the hiring process • Utilize a CRM database in a professional, accurate, and timely manner
