With 25 years of experience in Transformation, Leadership Development, and Talent Management across pharma, banking, and professional services, Eric has led global initiatives that span M&A, organization design and transformation, and spin-off ventures designed to unlock future value. As a Global People & Organization Business Partner, he has supported Commercial, Drug Development and Early Discovery Biomedical Research leadership teams in navigating complexity while fostering innovation. Eric’s work is increasingly informed by the neuroscience of mindfulness, which he integrates into organizational practices to enhance focus, emotional regulation, and adaptive capacity. Through co-leading the BeMindful! Employee Resource Group at Novartis, he is introducing evidence-based mindfulness approaches that strengthen psychological safety, improve decision-making, and cultivate cultures of wellbeing. These practices are not just wellness tools—they are strategic enablers of performance and transformation. Eric began his career at VIA International, a change consultancy in Chicago, advising clients on business process design and behavior change. At KPMG in New York, he helped accelerate global product launches and fostered a learning organization mindset. Later, at Bank of America in Charlotte, he led the Talent Management Center of Excellence for Consumer Banking, supporting over 150,000 employees and helping leaders navigate the post-2008 financial landscape with resilience and agility. He holds Master’s degrees in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and Speech Communication from Miami University, and earned his undergraduate degree at DePauw University, where he served as Student Body President. A dual citizen of the US and Switzerland, Eric is a father, a certified yoga instructor, and a fan of foods, film and dance.
