I've been modeling, planning, budgeting, measuring, forecasting, business partnering, investor interfacing and teaching within the SaaS model since before it was called SaaS. Been measuring CAC since before it was called CAC... LTV before it was called LTV... etc. Have done this at more than a dozen companies: private, public, two IPOs, small, large, SMB B2B, Enterprise B2B, hybrid B2B, IPO, VC-backed, PE-backed, five times acquired, countless acquisitions over 30+ years. Prior to my 30+ years supporting pre-SaaS and SaaS, I was the programmer for the US Economy Model at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, and then an Associate Economist at a boutique investment bank.
EPP teaches the Enneagram personality model to inmates in jails and prisons both domestically and via international affiliates. It is a hugely impactful program that gives the inmates a powerful tool to help recognize and avoid repeating harmful patterns that have led to incarceration and other undesired behaviors and consequences.
