I greeted and checked in guest throughout the entire shift. I answered each and every question they have. I did sweeps around the facility to ensure everything is clean and organized. I also helped with membership problems and assisted in anyway possible.
I am a Trainer for Portillo’s, I train new staff for the broiler position. I also work in the normal position when I am not training. I cook burgers and make sure the customers food is to order.
Provided exceptional guest services by welcoming attendees, answering questions, and ensuring a positive and safe experience for all. Took an active role in maintaining a secure and respectful environment by monitoring guest behavior and addressing concerns promptly. Additionally, guided guests throughout the stadium to ensure they reached their designated areas efficiently and confidently.
