Worked within NARI Group, a core subsidiary of State Grid Corporation of China, supporting market-related initiatives and project execution across the group system. In the early stage, worked within market-related functions at NARI Group headquarters, contributing to group-level market system development and business research initiatives. Participated in large-scale enterprise projects in collaboration with external consulting firms, including Accenture, supporting market analysis, system design, and day-to-day execution. This experience provided early exposure to central-SOE governance structures, cross-organizational coordination, and structured project delivery. Subsequently transitioned to HuaiSheng Cable Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of NARI Group, to support on-site operations. Responsibilities covered market development, business growth initiatives, industrial base setup, and cross-functional coordination. With a primary focus on market and business development, supported the company’s rapid sales growth during this period. During this time, was deeply involved in NARI Group’s joint venture discussions with CTC Global regarding advanced composite core conductor technology. Following the establishment of the joint venture, worked as a core execution and coordination member within the NARI system, collaborating closely with the CTC management team to support company setup and early-stage operations, and assuming responsibilities associated with General Manager Assistant and Board Secretary functions.
