I have over 10 years end to end payroll experience with multiple payroll systems including Pronto, MicrOpay Meridian, MYOB EXO and Chris21, of which 5 years of my experience is in the health industry. I have demonstrated knowledge, skills and understanding of full payroll functions such as modern awards, payroll legislation, National Employment Standards, Fair Work Act, superannuation schemes, workers compensation claims and interpretation of various EBAs in the heath industry My achievement in my current position is as below. ØCreated master roster template on time target for over 20 facilities of the organization and successfully assisted system integration on acquisition of new facilities Ø Managed to process high volume pay error adjustments (over 50 pay errors per day) efficiently and accurately in the integration period of the first half year on commencement of the organization Ø Completed EBA interpretation and created EBA matrix for NSW and QLD facilities Ø Designed and created user training manual for payroll procedures including new starter set up, annual leave paid in advance, long service leave auditing, WorkCover, data cleansing, termination, pay adjustments, etc. Ø Created cheat sheets for EBA profile and in charge rate set up Ø Designed template for long service leave auditing. Audited long service leave balance in Christ 21 based on long service leave report provided by the previous employer from whom the facilities are bought from. Ø Leave loading auditing. Identified leave loading overpayment for different leave groups and worked out a reconciliation report to recover the overpaid amount.
