As the Director of Global Container at Baxter International, a global leader in healthcare products and services, I have over 30 years of experience in designing, developing, and validating container systems for pharmaceutical products. I have a master's degree in mechanical engineering and a strong expertise in quality management systems (QMS), corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and validation processes and standards. My mission is to deliver innovative and reliable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers, while ensuring compliance with GMP and R&D principles and practices. I lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, who work collaboratively and efficiently to achieve project goals, timelines, and budgets. I also foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, by providing guidance, feedback, and training to my team and stakeholders.
