I’m a Grand Valley State University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, with a professional background in business operations and supply chain management. Before stepping into the automotive world, I gained valuable experience in small business management, serving as both a Purchasing Manager and a General Manager. Now, I’m proud to serve as a Subaru Love Encore Delivery Specialist at Thelen Subaru of Bay City, Mi. I truly enjoy engaging with members of our community and being a resource for all things Subaru—whether that’s helping customers feel confident with their new vehicle, answering questions after the sale, or ensuring they understand what it means to be part of the Subaru family. One of my favorite parts of the role is guiding customers through Subaru’s Love Promise charitable donations program, where each buyer has the opportunity to give back to a cause they care about most. It’s rewarding to see how Subaru’s commitment to community makes a real impact, and I’m grateful to be part of that process. Outside of work, I’m passionate about the outdoors. If I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me hunting, fishing, or enjoying the fresh air in some way.
