Site management of Merck Schnelldorf down-filling and managing Director of Sigma Aldrich Chemie GmbH (Merck group)
The program covers a construction of a new manufacturing site, with new chemical downfilling technologies and processes and the transfer of product from 2 other plants in germany. My role is to manage the overall program (construction; IT, New Eqpt; HR recruitment; ...) and start-up the new manufacturing site (inc. Recruitment of New leaders & organization, activities ramp-up , ...).
Based in Molsheim, l'm responsible of one of the three manufacturing plants (around 250 persons), member of the molsheim site operation leadership team and operation représentant to lab water business field leadership team. Dedicated to a global production for lab water products, water purification equipments for scientist applications, we deliver our premium product all over the world.
Head of demand and planning, I managed 2 persons. I was Accountable of service level and Scrap inventory for perishable finished good. (30 days shelf life - max 9 days in inventory). Business was mainly in france.
Management of 35 persons in one manufacturing department. Responsible for implementation of ERP. (2005-2006) Scheduling plan for the department.
Responsible for Quality and Environmental Certification (ISO9001 & ISO 14001). (First danone french site with both certification).
