This is why I am co-leader of our consumer-insights led growth capability at McKinsey + Science education which still shapes how I think about things and approach problem solving; + Realist grounded in facts and analytics, but still a dreamer at heart and inspired by our human story At this point, I feel like an experienced Partner at McKinsey with a demonstrated history of helping clients find creative solutions to complex problems, often focused on quality growth: strategy, pricing, branding, assortment, digital, innovation, building new businesses, transformation. I bring varied experience helping consumer-facing clients across sectors in similar situations: fitness & wellness, food, household durables, beverages, specialty retail, toys and more. I've had the chance to help build new businesses from scratch, acting as initial GM, both with clients and prior to McKinsey. I've also led enterprise-wide transformations across industries including food, consumer goods and Financial Services, accompanying our clients for 2-3 years on these journeys. I have loved and learnt a ton from working all around the world both before and since McKinsey. I have worked in over 50 countries, but have spent meaningful working time in the following: USA, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, UK, South Africa, China. At McKinsey, I lead our new business building practice in North America within consumer, I am also the leader of our Fitness & Wellness practice globally and am one of the leaders of McKinsey’s Consumer Insights capability. I also lead our people pillar in our Montreal office. Fully fluent in French, English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese
