Managing now the Brussels Approach control team, I have more than 30 years of experience in air traffic management on both operational and regulatory sides. I’m still holding a valid ATCO licence and I’m a qualified regulatory auditor for the Aviation Authorities. Strongly involved in the implementation of the Single European Sky, I’ve been leading several European law making groups, especially in the fields of safety and performances and, during international missions, promoting the European regulations in the Balkans region. I've been also given the opportunity to lead or moderate several international conferences in the field of safety performance.
