As Senior Project Scheduler for large-scale mission critical and infrastructure projects including STACK Project SHV200, FluidStack data center campus, Aspen WTF, and Carrizo Springs WTP, I lead the development, integration, and governance of multi-phase, multi-building master schedules supporting fast-track EPC delivery. My role bridges project controls, field execution, and client alignment, ensuring schedule integrity, predictability, and transparency across all disciplines. I develop and maintain fully logic-driven Primavera P6 schedules from Level 1 through Level 4, integrating civil, structural, architectural, MEP, commissioning, and turnover scopes. I work closely with construction leadership, trade partners, and client stakeholders to validate sequencing, staffing plans, constraints, and milestones while proactively identifying schedule risk and recovery opportunities.
