2021: Led a team of Business Analysts across large-scale client onboarding programme in Hong Kong and Europe, shaping business solutions, translating business needs into technical requirements, and defining/executing test scenarios to ensure delivery met expectations. 2018–2020: Agile Product Owner for the Digital & Report Distribution workstream on a major UK Transfer Agency client onboarding programme. Owned the backlog and user story refinement, defined data migration and reconciliation approach, and delivered an API integration with third-party print partner Paragon Communication. 2013–2018: IT Service Owner for Transfer Agency Reporting & Distribution services. Accountable for production stability, BAU enhancements, budgeting and prioritization, vendor management (SAP BusinessObjects, Oracle Financial Services, Victorbuck), and DevOps ways of working (Jira/Kanban-based prioritization and flow). 2016: Risk Control Officer (short-term assignment), Strategic Control of Privileged Access (SCPA), HSS IT.
