IT Generalist position working on everything from password resets, PC builds, server and network configuration, Cybersecurity strategy design and implementation.
Jack of all trades IT Support and Integration specialist. I work on anything from troubleshooting BAS equipment to administrative tasks.
Responsible for the maintaining of the University/Medical Center BAS System. Tasks include security upgrades, preventive maintenance tasks. I am also responsible for transitioning all legacy equipment to BACNet which is a vendor independent transport protocol. I will also be the architect for the University/Medical Center BAS network.
Currently working the Smarter Workplace project which involves migrating applications from Windows XP to Windows 7 using Admin Studio, and Symantec Workspace Virtualization.
Monitor batch processing, and reporting for Sirius Satilette Radio.
Troubleshoot issues when a job does not run in accordance with dictated schedule.
