With over 20 years of experience in logistics management, warehouse operations, and operations management, I am currently the Production Supervisor at Dairy Farmers of America (DFA), one of the largest dairy cooperatives in the United States. In this role, I manage the daily production of dairy products, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met. I also lead a team of 30 associates, providing them with coaching, training, and feedback. I am responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the inbound and outbound processes, inventory control, and equipment maintenance. I collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service and support the growth and success of DFA and its farmer-owners. I have a strong knowledge of the dairy industry and its supply chain requirements, as well as skills in problem-solving, communication, and organization. I am passionate about learning new technologies and best practices, and I value collaboration, diversity, and innovation. My mission is to continuously improve the production processes and outcomes, and to enable the team and the organization to achieve their goals.
