Conducting research on shareholder proposals and the effectiveness of "fuzzy" proposals on increasing sustainable operations. The research includes standardizing SEC data and writing a textual analysis algorithm to analyze it.
Working as an activist hedge fund analyst focusing on running proxy wars on micro-cap stocks. The job entails sourcing founders and companies for investment opportunities in addition to industry, customer, and competition diligence.
