I am most useful when things are still unclear. I am interested in what happens when design stops being decoration and starts becoming a way of thinking. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, creativity and structure, human judgment and AI assistance. Over the years, I have worked across design, digital, education, and business, but the thread running through all of it has remained the same: making sense of complexity and turning it into something usable. I am a creative synthesist. I connect ideas that do not usually sit together, spot patterns early, and turn scattered signals into clearer direction. I founded Refruit to bridge thinking and doing. Helping ideas move from concept to system, and from insight to implementation. My interests span design, future thinking, education, AI, digital ecosystems, and practical innovation for people and organisations seeking greater clarity. I am especially drawn to work that calls for both imagination and structure. I also write on Medium(https://medium.com/@askeric) to share the ideas I am thinking through, and use X(https://x.com/theRealEricLee) to collect, react to, and explore what sparks my curiosity.
