• Reporting to Deputy General Manager of the organization, • Managing most important region of Turkey’s Sales Team Marmara with the responsibilities below • Set the annual sales goal of the branch according to the company’s strategic development object. • Supporting development of my team via coaching and dealer visits, business reviews and ongoing personal development plans; • Driving 5 Territory Sales Managers to achieve their sales goals, operational plan via detailed account and territory planning; • Coordinate with the other functional departments and sales teams to acquire support and cooperation. • Supporting the educational pathway, practice development including the provision of practice events aimed at business generation as well as proactively communicating with customers and non-customers; • Providing leadership in one-on-one, region, and group settings; • Ensuring achievement of quarterly and annual area sales targets; • Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain good communication channels between the customers and the Company. • Manage and lead marketing interface with sales team • Develop communication plan for sales team, dealers and site staff based on BTL and promotional calendar, marketing activities, specific offer implementation and CSI and Mystery Motorist results. • Work closely with sales team to define and implement dealer communication plans, including dealer conference, dealer forum, and dealer magazine, offer implementation on site and of uniforms. • Support implementation of frameworks and processes to develop operational excellence in BTL communications implementation across the site (forecourt, shop, toilets, and other facilities). • Ensure all supporting BTL visuals are developed and produced within BP and BP Ultimate brand guidelines and global communication frameworks and toolkits. • Upload and maintain Dealer communications in ‘Dealernet’ platform. • Monitoring, analyzing and providing timely activity inputs into Customer Satisfaction surveys and Mystery Motorist programs. • Coordinate all related marketing content modules to be embedded in training team programs. • Manage resolution of escalated customer complaints with sales team. • Develop reporting tools for customer complaints and input into actions from sales team to improve customer satisfaction. • Provide leadership, coaching and support for Customer Complaint Assistant • Management and reporting of dealer communications and events budget.
