First of all I worked there full-time for 3 years (2009-2011)as a Marketing and Sales manager and the rest is part-time as a Quality-Control Manager for producing elevators equipments specially elevators’ lock under the brand Vitara. The company is one of the biggest trading and producers companies in Elevator's parts in Tehran. It's a small company but with the high rate of transactions. Reporting to Board of Directors directly, I could use every sources to do my job. Main Responsibility: As a sales manager: Evolution in sales management to move from traditional to modern. As a Quality manager (Part Time): Managing the quality in the product line to get needed ISO certificate and also Standard Certificate as well. gathering feedback from the line and customers to keep the curves of the quality upward. Achievements: -Increasing in the sale's rate up to 200% and improving the speed of demands response by using managerial software. -Improving employees performance by changing the work time-table. -Decreasing lack of goods by predicting the sale's rate of main products. -Decreasing at least 87% of mistakes in warehousing system.

Analyzing last 4 years data in sales history of the company to diagnose the critical points. Market search to find new competitors their strategies and pricing , and also find new star customers and study their needs. Pricing system. Reaching out the price expectation from the market by the survey we created . Diving sales department in two sections: Sales and Rent. Based on the analysis we focused more on Rent because it brings cash to the company and in sales sectioned we Concentrate on star customers. Renewing our customer service. Designing and implementing Grantee Cards to gives more trust to our customers. Finding a new market that could increase our incomes 10 times better. Canceling all the rents that were not financial feasible. And we did all of these to reach a prediction for sales and rent. Achievements: 300% increase in Rents income. 500% increase in Sales income. Number of attracting new customers got 3 times better. Reducing the 45% cost of assembling. The exact number of price expectation of the market. Prediction of the Rents and Sales for each quarters. There for we got the exact job description and time table for each employee.
