Implementation of IIoT, I4.0, Production IT Security and Citizen Developer (Power Platforms, Advanced Analytics) applications in 26 plants in the EU (Europe) region with Smart Factory Solution department. • Implementation of the “Digital Manufacturing Strategy” within Division C • Management of projects and their rollout in the field of I4.0 as well as training of the local experts in the production plants • Implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions e.g. machine connections, online data acquisition, interfaces to other systems, finding signals, connection of gateways, production network • Optimization of existing production plants with regard to Smart Factory and Industry 4.0, and digitalization of shopfloor area, maintenance and machines • Setup of machine infrastructure and architecture which includes devices, PLC programming, signal finding, connection of gateways, patching and ensure machine to network connectivity, etc. • Participating in the development process of applications running on DMP (Digital Manufacturing Platform, IIoT Platform), performing tests and training local experts in EMEA plants. • Participating in Production IT Security assessment in the EMEA plants, following annual targets and updating documentation. • Implementation of Power Apps, Power Automate (RPA) and Power BI projects in line with the requests and needs of the plants. • Creating the necessary infrastructures (machine signals, data acquisition, use-case analysis etc.) for the following and deployment of projects within the scope of Advanced Analytics (for AI/Machine Learning, Python, KNIME etc).
