• Working on plastic and NVH parts located both interior and exterior sections of vehicles. • Prior responsibilities; sheet metal parts, rubbers, sealers, vacuum formed plastics, forged and casted metal parts. • Examining suppliers' production and financial structure by organizing cost analysis visits. • Preparing cost breakdowns of purchased parts consisting of details such as material, labor, machine cost, consignment, etc. • Supplier selection, alternative supplier research, gathering quotations and analyzing cost breakdowns. • Simplifying design and process of parts by using 6 sigma tools. Creating cost reduction ideas. • Setting part price and investment targets for soon to be released parts by preparing cost estimations and working with buyers in order to reach this target. • Making process cost and investment estimations for welding, painting and chrome coating operations. • Making cost analysis for subparts (sealers, hardwares and NVH pads) contained by purchased parts.
