Supervising a team which is responsible of leading all vehicle attributes activities during basic design phase including; • ADAS: AEBS, LDW, ACC and Lane Keep Assist. • Driving Attributes: Vehicle Dynamics, Noise Vibration and Harshness and Performance • Energy Management: Cooling and Heat Management, Weight, Fuel Economy, Aerodynamics • Durability: Structural and Powertrain Durability, Road Load Generation • Driving Environment: HMI, Ergonomics, Architecture • Defining new product strategies, technologies, targets, development cost and attribute work plan... Technical: • Authority to sign off the chassis and driver assistance technologies development for both Ford and Ford Otosan sponsored vehicle projects. • Cross attribute management between attributes and driving characteristics (ride, steering, handling, driver assistance technologies.) For optimum performance. Management: • Responsible of 0,8 mil euro/year test, 0,5 mil euro/year engineering budget, 0,6 mil Euro/year incentive and 0,3 mil euro/year investment budgets.
