Participated in meet and confers with caseteams and opposing counsel. Developed and oversaw training programs for paralegals and new associates. Administrative responsibilities included interviewing department candidates, overseeing departmental equipment and software upgrades/maintenance, review/approval of staff billing and vendor invoices, and drafting of employee evaluations.
