As an IT Infrastructure Specialist at Barçın Spor, a key partner of Nike in Turkey, I am responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure across 31 retail locations, 1 warehouse, and the corporate head office. My role spans hardware, software, networks, operating systems, servers, and data center components, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - IT Infrastructure Support: Manage and support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability across all locations. - ERP & User Support: Provide technical support for ERP systems and assist end-users with troubleshooting, problem resolution, and training, ensuring seamless workflow and minimal downtime. System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor network performance and systems health, applying regular updates, patches, and system upgrades to maintain security and efficiency. - Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to address and resolve technical issues, ensuring business continuity. - Data Security & Compliance: Ensure data security best practices are followed, including regular backups, access control, and compliance with corporate IT policies.
As an IT support specialist, I ensured the smooth operation of a diverse technology infrastructure. I managed the maintenance, repair and installation of computer hardware, camera systems, networks and various other systems across 35 branches and 3 warehouses.
